To the delight of those staying at our inpatient unit, Freddy the racehorse visited our garden with his owner and trainer, Lee, just after lockdown. It was a truly special experience for the horse-lovers staying at the hospice, being able to connect with ‘big softie’ Freddy. Helping patients treasure every moment is what hospice cares about, and you help us do this every day.
