Cranford Hospice has created the following video to provide medication training for patients and carers.
We are aware that there may be times when we may need to ask you to change the medication syringe in the syringe driver. The nurses will be preparing for you for this possibility by showing you what to do during their visits, but if you need a reminder you may find this video helpful.
