Light a lamp

Please join us on 16 August 2024 to light a lamp for a nurse and a loved one.

 

The garden at Cranford Hospice will be lit up in remembrance of the people who have been touched by a Cranford nurse and loved ones who are no longer with us.

There’ll be an opportunity to make a donation to light a lamp in remembrance. You’ll be able to write a message or the name of the person you wish to remember and attach it to a lamp.

At 6pm there will be a short remembrance ceremony, and we will light a lamp to remember all the people who have been touched by a Cranford nurse and to recognise the light and comfort that our nurses bring to people when and where they need it.

The whole ceremony is outdoors so please dress warmly—we will be serving hot beverages to help keep you warm.

We need your help to raise $40,000, so our nurses can continue to bring light and comfort to people when and where they need it.

Time: The lights will be on from 5.30–8pm, remembrance ceremony at 6pm

Entry is a gold coin donation.
