Thanks to your support, Jude’s mum Maggie was able to access Cranford Hospice’s care during her journey with cancer. Jude has kindly allowed us to share her experience with you all.

“Throughout this time, Cranford Hospice nurses cared for mum like she was their own mum. I cannot find words to describe the support and empathy they showed. On call 24/7, sometimes an emergency call in the middle of the night and staying for hours offering support, care and advice.

You couldn’t ask for any higher quality care than what those nurses gave – especially through tough times of Covid-19 as well. Cranford nurses helped fight our battle to support mum in living her last few weeks with minimal pain and the chance to be surrounded by all of us rather being nursed in the hospital.

I have a strong sense of thankfulness for everything they gave us.”
