A Hospice Guide for Carers

There are few experiences more difficult than caring for someone at the end of their life. It can be hard to know what to do or what help, and support is available. Asking for support isn’t a sign of weakness, it just means you want to do the best job possible caring for your loved one.

Cranford has a dedicated Carer Support Coordinator whose sole focus is to care for the person who is providing the care in their whānau to ensure they get the care, support, education and resources they need throughout their caring journey. You can contact our Carer Support Coordinator by phoning Cranford on 06 87 870 47. Your GP is another great support person to consider accessing.
