Ways to provide feedback
- Complete the online form at the bottom of this page.
- Speak directly to any staff member at Cranford Hospice.
- Write a letter and mail to Cranford Hospice, 300 Knight Street, Hastings 4122.
- Send an email to re*******@cr*************.nz, Attention: Quality Coordinator.
The process
In the case of a complaint, it will be acknowledged in writing within five working days of us receiving it, unless resolved within that time, and then we will report back to you at regular interviews until the complaint is resolved.
