a Life

Please join us for Light up a Life, our annual remembrance service.

This special evening will include a short service in the Cranford Hospice garden at 8pm, where we will reflect, remember and honour those touched by Cranford Hospice and loved ones who are no longer with us.

You’ll have the opportunity to Light a Lamp of Remembrance and write a message or name of someone wish to remember. Each lamp and message will shine as a tribute to their memory.

We will also turn on the Cranford Christmas Stars, which will shine brightly out the front of Cranford Hospice throughout the holiday season—a symbol of love, care, compassion, and remembrance.
