Cranford Hospice have been fortunate to be the recipients of of grants from the Lottery Grants Board, most recently in February this year to support delivering specialist palliative care services to our community.
At Cranford Hospice our specialist palliative care services include clinical care, and access to our Family Support Team who provide psychosocial support. We are incredibly grateful for the support of the Lottery Grants Board towards supporting those in our community who need our help the most.
