Every purchase, every donation and every volunteer hour in our stores helps support specialist palliative care for patients and whānau across Hawke’s Bay.
Our four retail stores in Napier, Onekawa, Hastings and Waipukurau play an important role in helping fund Cranford Hospice, turning pre-loved goods into vital income so we can continue providing our services free of charge to the community.
Importantly, 82 cents of every dollar raised goes directly back into patient care, helping provide comfort, dignity and support when it matters most.

Donating goods
Donating quality goods is a practical and sustainable way to support Cranford Hospice.
Your pre-loved items help raise vital funds for hospice care while giving goods a second life and reducing waste in our community.
Donations can be dropped off during store opening hours. For larger items or estate lots, please contact your nearest store to arrange collection.

Goods we can’t accept
- Wire-wove beds and kapok mattresses
- Stained or damaged mattresses, bases, pillows and duvet inners
- Paint or chemicals
- Rusting items
- Gas bottles
- Cracked or broken glass, china and pottery
- Soiled, marked or damaged clothing
- Printers, computers, keyboards and scanners
- Older-style box TVs, video players and videotapes
- Bike helmets
- Broken goods
