Julie Russell

Julie Russell is a graduate of the University of Canterbury and Massey University, and over the last 35 years has run businesses in horticulture and tourism in Hawke’s Bay with her husband. She is also the founding director of the biennial Wildflower Sculpture Exhibition, which raises funds for Cranford Hospice.

Beyond her own business interests, Julie is also a director of the Tasman Tanning Company in Whanganui.

Julie is married to Mike and has three adult daughters and two grandchildren.

Julie has a strong interest in and passion for the Hawke’s Bay community and was appointed as the community representative to the Cranford Hospice Board.
