At Cranford Hospice our vision is to help people make the most of living and dying within a compassionate community. We provide the best possible palliative care, education, support and advice to the people of Hawke’s Bay – from Mahia in the north, to Takapau in the south.

Our website is a place where you can find out more about the important role we play in our community.

Every day the team work round-the-clock to deliver care to around 200 patients and their whānau.  Our 24/7 phone line is also available for advice and support. Calls are from patients, families, and other health professionals such as GPs, District Nurses, Aged Residential Care facilities, and hospital staff. Please make sure you phone 06-878-7047 if you need advice or support.
